PAYMENT POLICY
We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover cards through Paypal. We also accept payment in form of
money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. Orders paid
by personal checks will be shipped out after the check clears the bank,
which can take 10-14 business days. We accept personal checks from the United States and Canada only.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
100% customer satisfaction is our priority and we do our best to make each transaction a positive experience for our customers. We have unconditional Money-back guarantee on all products sold on our website. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days after
receiving the package. We will issue a refund or store credit for the
purchase amount after we receive the merchandise back in their original
condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the merchandise is damaged or lost in the shipping process, we will replace the item if possible or issue a refund if an insured shipping method was selected for the shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are shipped without insurance.

To Province: Ontario: GST 5%
To all other provinces of Canada: GST 5%
